I graduated from Virginia Tech (Go Hokies!) with a degree in Professional and Technical Writing, where I discovered my passion for turning complex ideas into clear, accessible information.

Over the past few years, I’ve deepened that passion by focusing on how people learn and grow - especially through coaching, thoughtful learning experiences, and professional development. I love creating environments where people feel supported, empowered, and equipped to do their best work.

Outside of work, you’ll find me hiking with my chocolate lab. It’s my favorite way to stay grounded, reflect, and appreciate the world around me.

An interactive learning experience built in Articulate Storyline to help learners practice professional email communication. The challenge focuses on tone, clarity, and professionalism through realistic email scenarios.

Instructional Designer (Personal Project)

Designed and launched a new internal learning program (“training chapter”) to build team capability in key work processes. The program included a formal charter, structured learning sessions, and supporting documentation. Participants have already begun applying new skills by assisting with onboarding and peer training.
